Refund Policy

You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.

How to Make a Return Send us an email at info@vietto.fi before returning your items. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The cheapest return option through Posti is available via posti.fi.

You may also return items in person to Ompelimo M. Suvinen, Kehruutie 1 LH 4, 00410 Helsinki. Please notify us by email before bringing your return.

Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Vietto may refuse a refund if the product is not in original condition or parts are missing.

Unclaimed Packages Posti stores packages for seven days. Unclaimed packages returned to us will incur a €10 fee, deducted from your refund.

Custom‑made Items Custom‑made or personalized products cannot be returned.
