Vietto Popper skirt is a very comfortable and flattering full skirt made of Finnish made 96% Bamboo 4% Lycra jersey. The skirt can be wear so many different ways, also as a top. Cut is geometric and free flowing. Convertible hem, wear it snapped as a short bustle skirt or leave the hem hang freely. Elastic waist, very easy to wear! Fabric has great drape.
